Why These Policies Matter

To ensure a safe, respectful, and seamless experience for everyone attending SSMC, please note the important venue access policies as required by the Roundhouse (our event venue). These guidelines are in place to meet their licensing and safety regulations, support security protocols, and maintain a positive atmosphere throughout the weekend.

Wristbands must be worn at all times, as they serve as your official event pass and are required for entry into all workshops and socials. Each attendee is issued one wristband for the entire weekend, so please take care of it—replacements come at a cost.
