Claudio D’Ercole
Founder of Italy’s renowned Los Hermanos Dance Academy and Cubana Company, Claudio is one of the most respected Cuban Salsa and Afro-Cuban dance masters in the world. With deep roots in Cuban folklore and mentorship from the legendary Maykel Fonts, he has spent years perfecting his craft, winning five Italian championships and training hundreds of elite dancers. His performances and teachings are a mesmerizing blend of power, musicality, and technical mastery, making him a true pioneer in the Cuban dance scene.
Claudia Caturano
A rising star in the global salsa scene, Claudia has made a name for herself through her precision, grace, and deep connection to Cuban movement. She has trained alongside Maykel Fonts, performed on international stages, and is a key member of Cubana Company, which recently won VALETODO 2024, one of Europe’s top dance competitions. As co-director of Los Hermanos, she is shaping the next generation of dancers with her expertise and passion.

Leon Rose is a true innovator in the international salsa scene. Based in Paris, he leads the School of Salsa and co-organizes AGUA, one of Europe’s most renowned salsa and bachata parties. Known for his unique style, creativity, and boundless energy, Leon is a passionate ambassador of salsa worldwide.
Born and raised in London with Caribbean roots, Leon’s love for music was ingrained from an early age. His training at the prestigious Anna Scher Theatre School set the foundation for his dynamic stage presence, leading to numerous stage performances. As a highly sought-after choreographer and instructor, he has traveled the world—from Australia to Morocco to Puerto Rico—teaching, performing, and inspiring dancers of all levels.
To see Leon Rose dance is to witness a living expression of his motto: “Salsa is life!”
COMEDY
Beyond the dance floor, Leon is also a talented stand-up comedian. Performing in London’s comedy clubs and English-speaking venues in Paris, he brings his signature wit and storytelling to audiences worldwide. Even when traveling for salsa, he seeks out the comedy stage, performing in cities as far-flung as Vancouver and Hong Kong.
Leon’s comedic talent extends into the digital space, where he showcases his writing, filming, and editing skills through engaging online content. One standout project is “The World of ROSE”, an online stand-up comedy and sketch show that blends his humor with his passion for storytelling.
HOST & PODCASTER
A natural entertainer, Leon is a sought-after host and presenter for major Latin dance events and showcases across the globe.
He is also the co-host of “Naked and Counting”, the longest-running Latin dance-based podcast in the world. Through this platform, Leon brings insightful, hilarious, and thought-provoking conversations to the global Latin dance community.

MITCH FROHMAN

Latin Jazz & Salsa Saxophone Legend | International Guest Artist
SAXOPHONIST | FLUTIST | COMPOSER | EDUCATOR
A true icon in Latin music, Mitch Frohman is one of the world’s top saxophonists and flutists. Born and raised in the Bronx, he has spent decades shaping the sound of Latin jazz and salsa, performing with legendary artists and captivating audiences worldwide.
After graduating from Columbus High School (Class of ’71), Mitch earned his Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Miami, setting the stage for a career that would take him to the world’s most prestigious stages.
For 25 years, Mitch was the sax and flute soloist for the Tito Puente Orchestra & Latin-Jazz Ensemble, playing a pivotal role in carrying on the legacy of Latin jazz. He was also a longtime member of the Mongo Santamaria Band and is now the co-leader and sax/flute soloist for the renowned Mambo Legends Orchestra, made up of former all-stars from Tito Puente’s band.
A MUSICAL JOURNEY WITH LEGENDS
Mitch has performed and recorded with some of the most legendary names in Latin music, including Machito, Celia Cruz, La Lupe, Eddie & Charlie Palmieri, Paquito D’Rivera, the Chico O’Farrill Orchestra, Cheo Feliciano, and Joe Cuba. His versatility has also led him to collaborate with artists across genres, including Cyndi Lauper, Paul Simon, David Byrne & The Talking Heads, and Blood, Sweat & Tears.
Currently, Mitch leads two of the most critically acclaimed Latin-jazz and salsa dance bands: The Bronx Horns and Eddie Torres’ Mambo Kings Dance Show Orchestra. He is also the sax/flute soloist for the Grammy-winning Spanish Harlem Orchestra, bringing his signature sound to stages around the world.
EDUCATOR & MENTOR
Beyond performing, Mitch is a dedicated clinician and educator, mentoring musicians from elementary school to the conservatory level. His passion for passing on the traditions of Latin music led him to take part in the 2012 documentary, “For the Love of Mambo,” which explored the deep connection between young musicians and the masters of Latin music.
A SOUND RECOGNIZED WORLDWIDE
Mitch’s iconic saxophone solo can be heard every day across the globe—he is the soloist on the theme song of the hit TV show Sex & The City.

Grammy Award winning DJ, Ricky Campanelli is from Montreal, Canada, a city rich in arts, culture & musical diversity. Born into a musical family, his passion for creative expression through sound was encouraged by his parents, long-time musicians themselves.
Growing into his talent thorough years of DJing at Club 649, Montreal’s first latin nightclub, established by his parents. There he met Jesus “El Nino” Alejandro, a talented singer, musician, & composer, who believed in Ricky’s talent & took him under his wing, where Rick’s desire to create & explore music prompted him to go further.

DJ Kevin Wolf started Salsa DJ Career in Shanghai from 2015. As a maniac Salsa dancer, Kevin understands what social dancers need, always pays attention to the music speed / length, and plays various genres of salsa music suiting the event. Kevin observes the dance floor, to ensure the groove is right, & adjust music accordingly, to keep party mood going!
Since 2017 Kevin has been running his own events in China, focusing on providing a pure Salsa lovers’ event. He founded the event brand “SSRL” – Shanghai Salsa Renaissance League, which insists no less than 70% salsa music ratio. “Save the Mambo, I don’t want to see salsa dying” is his phrase. In the new era after covid, Kevin is working to keep salsa alive in Shanghai, & China. To to maintain a hard core salsa lovers’ dancing parties.

From directing stages to rocking dance floors, DJ Stefan is a driving force in Hawaii’s Latin dance scene. With roots in New York City’s Spanish Harlem, where he spent his formative years dancing at Santo Rico, Stefan’s passion for salsa music runs deep. His sets celebrate the full spectrum of salsa — from classic New York sounds to rare mambo albums — always chosen with a dancer’s ear and a deep love for the music.
For over a decade in Hawaii, he has inspired the community not only as a teacher and choreographer, but also as a DJ, sharing the rhythms that first moved him and continue to keep dance floors alive. Stefan is also the Director of the Hawaii Salsa & Bachata Congress, held every February, the founder of Latin Dance Hawaii, and formerly the director of the internationally recognized Linda Melodia Dance Company.
